"Physician Heal Thyself" can be applied to everyone. We have the ability to change our health through positive health practices. We can literally heal ourselves. If we eat plenty of green leafy vegetables, exercise 6 times weekly, include aerobic activities and stretching into our workout regimen, and utilize positive affirmations, we can actually change our health for the better. I believe this to be true. I know it is so. I think it into being.
